Ex Libris - Artists´ Books

A work of art in itself, in its own right. It is an artistic expression that has more than a hundred years of history and is growing strongly among practitioners in large parts of the world. The books can, for example, have textile expressions, be video installations or occupy space and volume in a room. Often they are made by hand in small editions. An Artists' Book can be said to be a "container" for what the artist wants to convey.
