Descendant, Thielska Galleriet's major autumn exhibition, is curated by Danish film director Lars von Trier, who turns 70 in 2026. For over 40 years, Trier has renewed the art of film by challenging conventions, reinterpreting genres, and combining artistic experimentation with a distinct visual style.
