On Sunday evenings, Siggesta Gård fires up the grills in the Orangery, chill the rosé, and invites you to a relaxed evening filled with great food, games, and good company. During our grill nights, we make the most of the week's leftover delights—letting creativity guide what ends up on your plate. That means the menu may vary throughout the evening, but the common thread is always great flavor and a sustainable mindset. Much of what we serve comes straight from our own Kitchen Garden.
