Concert: The Royal Swedish Orchestra

The Royal Swedish Orchestra makes a guest appearance with a magnificent symphonic concert with more than 60 musicians at the Berwald Hall (Berwaldhallen) in Stockholm. On the programme is Kurt Atterberg’s cello concerto and Franz Schubert’s Symphony no. 9 in C-major, »The Great«. Cello soloist is Kati Raitinen, first cellist in the Royal Swedish Orchestra. Conductor is none other than Susanna Mälkki, one of Finland's many international stars.
