Do-it-yourself circus, stand-up circus, slow circus, and telepathic hybrid circus. From chaotic folk music and the longing for water to drawing robots and an embracing whale skeleton. In the 7th edition of CirkusMania, tradition and experimentation come together in a panorama of newly created works reflecting the Swedish circus scene – right here, right now. Running through the festival is a thread of belief in human creative power and our capacity for change.
