Children in the Fire. Eight stories told out of 35,000 – Screening and Discussion

The documentary film Children in the Fire by American director Yevgeny Afineevsky follows eight Ukrainian children whose lives have been fundamentally changed by the war. They have experienced loss, injury, deportation, and violence. Before the screening, there will be a discussion about the making of the film, children's experiences of war, and how stories like these can be passed on and given space in a cultural context.
