Celebrate the Swedish National Day at Spritmuseum

Have you ever tried the Swedish delicacy "smörgåstårta"? Despite the name, directly translated to "sandwich cake", it is a savory main dish often consisting of bread, salmon, and shrimp layered with a creamy filling. Smörgåstårta was popularised in Sweden during the 50's and 60's and is a popular dish to serve on all sorts of festive occasions. On June 6th, the Swedish National Day, Spritmuseum serves this Swedish classic on the outdoor patio.
