The Gyllenberg Collection: The Individual and Spirituality

This summer, key works from the Signe and Ane Gyllenberg Collection will be shown at the Thiel Gallery. Some of these works have never been shown outside Villa Gyllenberg in Helsinki, home to one of Finland’s finest private collections. While the villa is closed for refurbishment, its collections are presented abroad. The exhibition features some of Finland’s best-known artists around 1900 such as Helene Schjerfbeck, Albert Edelfelt and Akseli Gallen-Kallela.
