Opening for Transfigurations at K. A. Almgren silk mill & museum

Transfigurations, November 13th 2025 - January 5th 2026 Tor Cederman emphasizes that Almgren silk weaving has something perfumed about it; the mixture of the refined silk production and the beautiful everydayness of the factory environment is, according to him, so poetic. This harmonizes with his Värmland origins where simplicity has been combined with the pursuit of beauty – where recycling was a matter of survival but also a conscious aesthetic.
