Magnolia Day to remember Tora Dahl

The Swedish author Tora Dahl grew up as a foster child in Henriksdal, just 300 meters outside of Stockholm. In the 1970s, she planted a magnolia on the site. Since then, we have celebrated her memory on Magnolia Day every May. This year's program includes a short presentation of strong women in the history this part of Stockholm, book presentations and live Swedish folk music.
