Cooper & Gorfer – Between These Folded Walls, Utopia

Are we inhabiting a lost utopia? If so, whose utopia have we lost? In light of the current political unrest and the influx of refugees and migrants trying to build a new life in Europe, artist duo Cooper & Gorfer point the camera at a group of young women. The lives of those photographed have all been affected by forced migration, and the artists examine what it means to lose one's identity .
