We serve a traditional homecooked Christmas Buffet, featuring organic and local produce. Some of our specialties are smoked salmon, deer, sausage flavored with spruce and blackcurrant, and of course, on our dessert table, the old tradition of “Änglamat” (whipped cream with lingonberries) is served.
