Omakase Köttslöjd

Omakase Köttslöjd is a meat restaurant, but any similarities to others of its kind stop there. The restaurant is the latest addition to the Djuret restaurant family, and here, guests will find a carefully composed menu featuring 15 to 20 dishes crafted with inspiration from Japan and the restaurant’s own charcuterie. The little, jovial dining room has only fifteen seats and is open four days a week. Different, playful and winner of Dagens Nyheter’s “Golden Dragon” category Luxury 2016.
