A House Bouillon

As the name suggests A House Bouillon is all about broths, bouillons and soups. Run by Sayan Isaksson, the chef for 2015’s Nobel banquet, the lunch restaurant fuses traditional Swedish ingredients with spicy and fresh Asian flavors. The restaurant is located in the old home of the KTH Royal Technology Institute’s School of Architecture ‒ A House. A building that stockholmers seem to have a love/hate relationship with since it is consistently voted amongst the ugliest in Stockholm.
