Nynäshamn

It is said that Nynäshamn is the only place in Stockholm County where you can see the sea horizon from the mainland. The beautiful barren nature along the 1,000-km-long stretch of coast has also inspired many of Sweden’s best known authors. Take a walk along the coastal Strandvägen, visit the Iron Age house in Körunda or the popular island of Landsort/Öja. Take a boat trip to the islands Nåttarö, Rånö and Ålö or try your hand at surfing, wakeboarding, jet-skiing, diving, sailing, paddling, climbing, hiking or golfing.
