The Museum of Biology

The Museum of Biology contains collections of Scandinavian mammals and birds in their natural habitats. Backgrounds for the dioramas were painted by Bruno Liljefors, and the building was designed by Agi Lindegren, who used Norwegian medieval stave churches as a model. The Museum of Biology is located by Lejonslätten on Djurgården outside the Hazeliusporten entrance to Skansen.
