TV chef Niklas Ekstedt has created a kitchen in which food is prepared using the original methods over an open flame. The superb quality and artisanal excellence are familiar from Ekstedt’s other restaurants, along with awareness of the sources of the ingredients and elements of Scandinavian cuisine. The ambience is warm, welcoming, and rustic, expressed in natural materials. Ekstedt was awarded his first star in the 2013 Guide Michelin.
