Cozy little café at idyllic Stortorget Square, not far from the Royal Palace in the medieval Old Town. Exquisite sandwiches and pastries, and in summer a popular alfresco section.
I went together with my whole family. Took a stroll down to the basement floor. The Café it self, is not very special, the food and the interior is not that special - the location is great, and the atmosphere you get from sitting in this old building does make up for it. Fresh food, but they could improve their Chocolate menu, and the drinks in general.
A friend and I went to this bakery this afternnon and we were extremely disappointed. We saw the recommendation for this cozy cafe on tripadvisor and decided to go. We ordered the famous hot chocolate there and left with a bad taste with our mouth, literally and physically. The chocolate was bitter with no sugar at all. Quite frankly, it was just chocolate water. Please spend your Swedish krones for hot choclate elsewhere
