Is is sad.

I was considering recommending this place to 40 Americans from my office. After reading the comments and having some negative experience from this place myself. It is definitely a no,no! One cannot be in the service business and treat people like sh*t.

Unbelievable service manner!!Totally humiliating!!

I am not talking about the food. It's their manners. We waited in the entrance for a couple of minutes, and there are no one coming for us. SO~My friend and i decided to find a seat for ourself, and after we sat down for couple of minutes. The server came and asked us to get up and go back to the entrance. We were totally shocked for her unreasonable request, cause her reason was the seat had beed taken(but there were no any sign on the desk). The most irritating part is that she didn't even bother to listen to my explanation(She didn't look at me when i was talking to her!!), and she just directly commanded us to get up like we were nobody. Without doubts!! WE directly walked out of the door and come to remind the people who read the comment''Do Not Go To This Restaurant''.

Expensive Bread

The reindeer stew was ok the ham shank was incredibly fatty- ugh! but maybe that's how the Swedes like it. We were given a basket of bread which we didnt ask for. We thought it was complimentary and found we were charged 150sek for it!!!( about £15) We had to hand in our coats "Its Mandatory" and were charged 20 sek each (£2) to get them back. The beer was cheaper than other areas.
